1. Eligibility and Age Verification

- A secure password of at least eight characters, containing a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

- Your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbn88 account credentials, including your password and any SMS verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bbn88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bbn88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to bbn88 are processed through Bangladesh-approved mobile financial service providers. The following deposit terms apply to all accounts:
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though bbn88 reserves the right to implement account-level deposit limits as a responsible gaming measure.
- Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved institutions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
bbn88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
- All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated funds may be withdrawn, unless the specific promotion states a different rollover figure.
- Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.

Patterns of play that indicate a user is exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable balances without genuine wagering risk, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or use of automated software to complete wagering requirements — will result in immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses, reversal of any resulting winnings, and permanent account suspension. bbn88's determination as to what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
Placement and Settlement of Bets
The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on bbn88:
- All bets are final once confirmed. bbn88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases where a technical error caused an incorrect bet to be recorded, subject to bbn88's review.
- Odds on sports markets are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and bbn88 is not liable for odds changes that occur in the interval between a user initiating and confirming a bet.
- In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bbn88 will settle bets in accordance with its standard event-settlement rules, which are available upon request from the support team.
- Casino game outcomes are determined entirely by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. bbn88 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with the relevant game provider directly.
Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, system outage, or connectivity interruption during a betting session or casino game round, bbn88 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of any incomplete transactions based on available server-side data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, bbn88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the user's account balance.
bbn88 is not liable for losses sustained as a direct result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the user's side. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have a stable connection before placing bets or engaging in live casino rounds.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Conduct That Will Result in Account Closure
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bbn88. Any account found to be engaging in any of the following activities will be permanently suspended, all associated winnings will be voided, and deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation:
- Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

10. Amendments and Termination

Where changes are material, bbn88 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice to registered users via the contact details on file, though this obligation does not apply to emergency amendments required to address security vulnerabilities, regulatory compliance requirements, or urgent operational matters.
Continued use of the bbn88 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
Account Termination
bbn88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not associated with any ongoing investigation or dispute will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
